"Genuinely one of the most jarring stays I’ve ever had to date. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. There is a single room with air conditioning. The room itself has a broken window that does not enable to close the window which makes the air conditioning pointless. "The check in was fast and efficient. The staff was excellent; Isabella and Erik were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all questions, Erik made great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He also had a slow draining sink in my room fixed right away."
