"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved."
