"Good location, 5 to 10 mins walk from Rotterdam train station. Prompt & helpful check in. Excellent shower, bed & good to see eggs, fruit, yoghurt available for breakfast. Disappointed to be charged extra for luggage storage for a few hours. This should be complimentary. Nice touch having fresh water with cucumber at reception. Helpful & polite staff. Thank you"

"The hotel was charming. Beautiful decor. Room amenities were a bit lacking. What was particularly not expected at a hotel of this calibre was when a mouse ran under my table during dinner in the lounge. Upon discreetly mentioning it to the staff, I was shrugged off as though it was a normal experience in the hotel. Less than ideal response that raises questions around how sanitary the hotel is."

"A clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean well proportioned. Good shower. Location is about 1 mile from the Erasmus Bridge - easily accessible with the metro. Restaurant is European. Good food and good quality. Note if you pay with a card there will be a % added which is a bit annoying. Overall pleased with my stay."
