"Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay."

"A fuir, logement pas propre, les lits infestés de punaise de lit, salle de bain avec de la moisissure partout et une évacuation d'eau pas suffisante donc la salle d'eau est inondé en deux secondes.
La poubelle de la cuisine n'etait pas vidé avec des aliments moisis depuis plusieurs jours j'imagine, nous l'avons signalé et le personnel au téléphone nous a dit que nous avions réservé que la chambre donc nous n'avions pas a nous soucier de la poubelle (ou jeter ses ordures alors?).
