"We were welcomed by a friendly, efficient customer service assistant who made sure we had everything we needed. Our room and the whole property is very well maintained. We were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and I was able to get gluten free food. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly, efficient assistance."

"I had a very serious issue with this property. I booked and prepaid for Innova Motel Warrnambool through Expedia, and the reservation was shown as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the property, the front desk told me that there was no booking under my name and that they had no vacancy. As a result, I was unable to stay despite having already paid for the reservation. This caused significant stress and inconvenience, as I arrived expecting confirmed accommodation and then had to deal with the issue after being turned away. Expedia has since refunded me and informed me that they have escalated the case to their investigation team because the property was unable to honour the reservation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise future guests to be very cautious and confirm directly with the property before arrival, even if the booking platform shows the reservation as confirmed."
