I had an excellent stay at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable—truly high class. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. "Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and outside. Breakfast was really lovely. Les Grill restaurant was really good, they dealt with a minor issue we had very well. Steak was amazing."
