Hotel and Restaurant Management personnel were rude. They did not honor stated check in time. Also when dining at the restaurant we were treated like second class customers rather than guests. They have a call system that is placed on the table, yet each time we did not have one at our table.

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten, nur die Getränke im Restaurant fand ich etwas teuer (bzw. sehr teuer: 0,5 l Wasser in der Flasche). Wandern direkt vom Hotel wunderbar möglich. Infrarotkabine top!

tolles Wochenende im Schwarzwald

Sehr netter kleiner Landgasthof mit super Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Restaurant (Abendessen und Frühstück) waren super und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein super Aufenthalt.

Nice hotel

I was disappointed on arrival as I had turned down a better hotel for this one because on hotels.com I was able to book one big family room for our family of 5 and the other one could only offer us two rooms. On arrival they said that family room wasn’t available and we had to stay in two rooms. My children are too young to stay on their own so my husband and I had to separate and sleep one in each room. It was inconvenient to have to keep going between rooms, using the very complicated key system with door knobs that didn’t always open, each time. Otherwise the hotel was modern and clean, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Der Landgasthof Rebstock wurde von uns wieder gewählt, weil wir schon mehrfach sehr gute Erfahrung dort gemacht haben. Schöne, saubere, große Zimmer, hervorragende 5 Sterne Küche, supertolles Frühstück und eine ganz tolle Ausstattung im Restaurant, wie auch die neuen "Gartenhäuschen" draußen. Personal zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und fast familiär. Dort waren wir garantiert nicht das letzte mal.
