"Room was really nice, clean and beds comfortable. Staff was courteous. For a non downtown location, the parking should be free for guests that stay overnight. We were hoping to use the outdoor pool but at the time we showed up, it was at max capacity of 10 people because there was no lifeguard on duty. Seems the lifeguard was leaving around 9 when we arrived and the pool closed at 9:45. For a 5 star hotel, I think it would be good to pay a lifeguard until closing to give full service to clients. Plus the indoor hot tub needs renovation, it looks run down."

"The hotel looks nice and clean. Service at the French restaurant was spotty but check in desk staff were nice. Just felt the hotel staff were frazzled even though the hotel wasn’t busy. Otherwise decent experience."
