"We are celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and stayed at this Beautiful hotel. It’s walking distance to many nice restaurants and activities. Upon arrival we received upgrade to a king size bed and parliament view room. Friendly and helpful staff. I lost an outwear and the young lady at concierge help found it . Definitely will stay here again when visit Ottawa. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! This hotel is close enough to downtown that it was cheap and easy to uber there and back. Room was clean, updated and the staff was very friendly. We had a room on the first floor for our first night and asked to be moved since the foot and vehicle traffic was annoying. Staff accommodated the request no problem and our second floor room got the next two nights was excellent. Breakfast was also great, but go early to avoid the crowds! "

"Stay here every time we visit,stay in the modern updated rooms,like living in a 1 bedroom condo for a few days. Walking distance to BYWARD MARKET,RIDEAU SHOPPING CENTRE,PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.Taxi always available outside hotel or direct phone line to them. There is a mission and youth mission close by but do not feel unsafe,lots of police presence.Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is underground and reasonable at 33.00 plus tax a night. Secure entrance to hotel and parking lot using key to room."

"Older building (used to be an apartment buildng??) but room was massive suite and comfortable. INcluded kitchenette. Excellent location WOuld definitiely go back "
