I enjoy the short walk to Rideau Center, Byward market and Metro supermarket across the street. The room is a bit basic but it has everything I need and wanted, plus fantastic value. Will continue to book here.

The rooms were okay, if planning a budget trip it was a great place to stay. But bathrooms smelled a lot without using. And breakfast was all frozen stuff de frosted.

As mentioned in previous comments by other clients, the surrounding area is quite dilapidated but it’s the same for the fancier hotels a few doors down! This particular establishment is fine if you are looking for a clean, air conditioned place to sleep and shower. Definitely worth the saving vs a 280$ hotel room!
