Bathroom door was cracked, found Hardees wrapper under one of the beds, pool was frozen water due to someone leaving a window open during winter in the pool room, and hot tub had black dirt on the foam in the water. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly! Beds were comfortable and appeared to be fresh linens. Probably would not stay there again but for that price what do you expect?

Upon arrival, the signage to the property was well lit, and welcoming. The parking lot was marked well, and well lit. The front desk, and lobby area appeared to be clean and welcoming. I was assigned a first floor room. Upon arrival to the room I noticed it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but was not worth a fuss. The bathroom had a pretty definite sewer gas smell that would not go away. I turned on the fan and let it run the whole time. The room was not the cleanest, but appeared to have clean towels and linens. The pool area was the same, not the best, but acceptable. The front desk lady was very nice, and very busy with check ins, and there was severe weather in the area she was attending to. I didnt get around much more of the property. Was fine, just could use some attention to detail.

We had a good experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets can definitely be replaced with a new one, it smelled musty and breakfast should come with condiments like ketchup and hot sauce or salsa.

The room was updated and clean, beds comfy, fluffy towels - but the hotel backs up to the off ramp and is is right next to I-80. Traffic all night long! And some semi's had very noisy breaking as they exited the ramp. Very difficult to sleep.
