We have a sound sleep during our stay there. Beddings are in perfect condition and towels are all new, very clean. Staffs are pleasant and accommodating. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa
Everything was great. The only thing I would improve is better lighting of the mirror in hotel room bathrooms. It is important to note that I am a senior citizen and I don't see as well as I used to. Oh well.
