Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Ok location. It is a bit dated. The pool, gym and kids playroom is a great addition. The concierge in the morning was rude but the staff in the afternoon when we were able to finally check in was kind and friendly. Ok stay.

Lord Elgin Hotel
Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and ...

Metcalfe Hotel Ottawa by Gray Collection
Once again, my favourite place in Ottawa. Service is always excellent, rooms are comfortable. Location insuperable. Then only issue is that they require a system that identifies repeat clients. Would be a lovely addition if you welcome back frequent guests.
