"The water park was neat but very cold. The baby/toddler pool was warm but the older kids would hang out in it and made it hard for our baby to actually play. The hot tub was also for 16+ but it was swarming with kids the entire time. Enjoyed having the restaurants onsite but they were often out of things & breakfast was pricey for it to be a typical hotel breakfast that you could get free at other hotels. It was clear they were trying to cut costs where possible but overall our toddler enjoyed the experience & that’s truly what matters. "

"The hotel was simply adequate for my purposes but it in no way met my expectation of an 8.5 customer satisfaction rating.
The carpeting is old and needed to be swept. There were no amenities in the room other the the television and the ac/heat
If you just need to cheap place to start it is adequate for that purpose but at best, I’d rate it a 5. "

"My husband and I were looking for a nice staycation. Their online reviews said this was the perfect hotel for couples when we arrived we found the hotel was UNDER RENOVATION. The HOTEL looked very dated and old. The windows were very dirty/ dingy. There looked to be what was liquid garbage from the garbage truck in the driveway walking up to the hotel. I was afraid to park my car in the parking lot. It had potholes and gravel all over. The staff was friendly enough and apologetic for the conditions. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was random trash throughout the vestibule areas. I questioned the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi and the surrounding tile floors. We put our luggage back in the car and drove home, tired and disappointed."

"I enjoyed my stay , the room was a nice size and very comfortable, and clean I will definitely be staying there again. Also location was great off the highway. Breakfast was included in the stay. It Could it have been a little bit better more warm food options, other then that the stay would have been a 10 but im rating 9 to 9 1/2 . "
