"This hotel amazed me. The decor, the comfortable bed, the shower, everything was perfect. Which I really didn’t expect because it was a Best Western Plus I expected it would be only acceptable as I had stayed at others and that’s what I found. But since this had a Plus after the name I guess that meant it was a great hotel, it really was."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to restaurants. Breakfast was good. Public areas were clean and well maintained. I wanted to use the fitness room, but the treadmill was broken. I booked this hotel because it had a washer and dryer, but the washer was broken. Overall a good hotel."

"Staff is amazing, always ready to help with any need. The breakfast has become an expected thing with Holiday Inn Express and the ladies taking care of it here did an incredible job considering the hotel was completley booked with a wedding, high school sports teams, racing teams competing at US 131 in Martin and the normal travellers they always take care of. Despite being right off 131, you don't hear traffic noise which is great too. Single complaint, while advertised as a "smoke free" facility, people sit and smoke on the bench right outside the front entrance. While unpleasant it won't stop us from staying here again."

"Beautiful place to stay. Only one night, however, I wished it was more! Comfy beds, very nice patio to sit and relax. One piece of advice, check to see if they are having a wedding or another event at the boathouse. I was there on a Sunday night and it was loud. Could not sleep, people walking by patio until 11 pm."
