"I think my communication issues may have been on the Expedia side of things and have little to do with the host. I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone. "Old facility but clean."

"The place was easy to find and close to everything we did. Parking was also good and the view was very good. The staff didn't seem too informed about the area or able to answer questions. It would have been nice to at least have a microwave in the room. Also, at breakfast there wasn't any silverware (or plasticware). Also, there was a pop (soda) machine, but it was empty so I lost my money on it. Maybe there could be a shelf put in the bathroom for toiletries. "

"Clean Basic room at a good price-point. Breakfast was fantastic which is one of the main reasons I usually stay here when I come to Bangor. But Two serious problems: 1. Not nearly enough electrical outlets in the room. 2. Internet was 95% unusable, WIFI kept going in and out. Three different devices, laptop, tablet and phone. They moved me to a different room twice trying to rectify the problem, reset the modems and routers several times but no luck. After this they insisted that "they" weren't having any problems with it. I did try it in the lobby and it worked fine there and was told I was "welcome to use it in the lobby". Sorry, but I will have to look elsewhere for accommodation the next time I am in Bangor."
