"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. Limited tv channels (no news channels whatsoever) Breakfast was basic: an egg sandwich and tea/coffee. As...

"Hotel network was down so they couldn't confirm my expedia booking but that was resolved with an offline phone call. Once the call was made check in was speedy and painless. Room ac wasn't fully functional initially. Seemed to kick into high gear overnight and was mostly pleasant. Staff at the hotel was amazing! Great customer service and they catered for my every need. "

"I was hated by the manager who was very welcome she made sure everything was up to standard before and during my stay. My best memory was when i came back from the market dirty and sweaty she took the time to wash my feet for me i thought that was the nicest thing that happened while i was in Africa. I will return for my next trip and won't forget her favorite snack and drink!!! I had so much fun while i was there. "
