"Hotel Monte Sarago was excellent. Paola and the other ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. For everything from directions to planning day trips, to transfers, they did an exceptional job. The restaurant staff were also great. We enjoyed a few dinners at the rooftop restaurant and the daily breakfasts were fantastic. Would highly recommend."

"We arrived at the accommodation directions, after a while I had no choice but to ask a local to call and see how we could enter. We had to go to the restaurant for the staff to then take us to our accommodation for the night, once there we were more than happy."

"Un site enchanteur. Très propre, le décor de la chambre ainsi que le balcon privé très apprécié. Le personnel professionnel et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix . Le souper excellent, de l’entrée au dessert ainsi que le vin . Nous en avons profité pour se reposer au bord dessert la piscine . Nous recommandons cet endroit. Un sito incantevole. Molto pulito, l'arredamento della camera e il balcone privato sono molto apprezzati. Il personale è professionale e molto simpatico . La colazione abbondante, molte scelte. La cena eccellente, dall'antipasto al dessert, così come il vino. Abbiamo approfittato per riposarci al bordo della piscina. Consigliamo questo posto."

"Absolutely wonderful property and owners! My husband and I had a great time. Gino and his wife went above our expectations to make us feel welcome- food was great, rooms are clean, and it’s about a 15-20 minute drive outside the city center. I highly recommend staying here, you will love it!"

"Everything about our stay was PERFECT. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful establishment with real history to appreciate, and the location is walkable to everything in Ostuni. Every inch of the hotel was clean, the linens always smelled subtly of fresh lavender, and the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 experience. I’ll be recommending this to friends and family traveling to Puglia."

"Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming. With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. We found ourselves chatting with other guests throughout our stay, which made it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a small community. If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself. The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it."
