No tiene estacionamiento, es en la calle y no se puede llegar en coche a la propiedad, eso lo avisan demasiado tarde. No hacen las camas de los dos cuartos a menos que se pida y cobran por sábanas extra. Anuncian algo que no ofrecen. El anuncio debería estar adecuado a lo que realmente es."

"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. "We had a fantastic stay here. The pool area was wonderful and it was great to have aperols/beers from the bar on the sunbed. We also had a really delicious pizza from the restaurant here! The one downside of the hotel is the gym where the machines were tired and the room was unpleasantly hot (the aircon was not good). It would have been nice to have a water machine up there too."

"Lovely hotel, located in a central part of Ostuni. Staff were helpful, breakfast enjoyable in lovely part of the building. Nothing to fault, except no toiletries available, only a dozen packets of shower caps. I think skin moisturisers and hair products would have been a nice touch for the price of this lovely 4* hotel."

"What an amazing place for vacation. Very well decorated with beautiful taste. The attention to details made it a very memorable stay. The owner and staff are superb and very very helpful. Not a single no to any question we put to them. We will certainly come agin and will recommend it to all our friends. Daniel, the owner is so resourceful and knowledgeable about anything one need! The food was delicious! The pool was a great idea. Sitting around the real wood fire makes is a special evenning. Very very well done!"

"A very nice Masseria. It is besutiful, well maintained and taken care of. I had two issues. One, being far from the nearest town, they have a restricted menu along the day, and dinner requires a reservation before 5 PM. Breakfast is very good. In general, service staff was not particularly nice, most look really annoyed to be there (with a few exceptions)- it might be a general “Puglian” attitude. The maids were extraordinary though- everything super clean/organized and really nice ladies. The other issue I had is that I had to leave one night earlier (The reservation was for 7 nights), and although I let them know at the beggining of my stay that I had this logistical inconvenience that required me to depart earlier, they were not willing to refund my last night. More so, they were particularly rude about it. I have had that experience before and hotels always allow earlier departures if forcefully necessary. Although it is a really nice location and property, I dont know if I eould go back."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It was immaculately clean. The room was incredibly and gorgeous with all the amenities you can possibly imagine you need. The pool was amazing and the staff was attentive and so kind. We rented an electric car to drive around puglia and they would take it every day and charge it for us for next day. Breakfast was included and had everything with a big selection of food. The staff at the bar in the rooftop (which had spectacular views and amazing drinks) was top notch and the same at the pool. Wonderful hotel. Would stay there again over and over."
