Good location
Giorgio, the B&B owner, was pleasant to deal with over the internet and very kindly picked us up at the train station when we arrived as the bus service was spotty on a Sunday. The room is in an excellent location, a short walk from the old center of Ostuni. The room itself was small for two people, with pretty tiles and a balcony with a view that must be lovely in the summer. I'm not sure if this is normal for Ostuni, but it was cold and quite windy when we visited (and I'm from Chicago!) The room was uncomfortably cold, though there was a radiator it wasn't giving much heat. There was a hot shower, though. Breakfast was a in a pretty room in a fun, family style. Wifi was provided free of charge.
For the low price, the value was good, but if you stay in the winter I recommend bringing warm pajamas and someone special to snuggle in the night ;) .
