"Lovely looking room and easy check in and out. Easy to walk to a few locations and there is a shop opposite for convenience of hrabbing some snacks and drinks."

First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code. She asked me if I get in. So...

"It was very nice, with a Great location. Only issue, was the second bedroom, in the loft, had a extremely thin matress, (40mm), and was very uncomfortable . Other bed was good👍"

"My family and I had a good stay at the hotel. The place was clean. The location was good as well. The suite was perfect with plenty of room for a family of 4 and beds were comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive."
