"Ho soggiornato presso casale civetta per fortuna solo una notte. A prenotazione e pagamento avvenuto vengo informato dal proprietario tramite un messaggio whatsapp, del fatto che il casale era in overbooking e che avrei dovuto disdire io stesso dal sito la mia prenotazione ( rinunciando così al diritto di ricopertura della prenotazione). "If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
