Missing Basic Amenities

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was below expectations. There were no towels provided in the room, and I had to go to the reception to request them, which was quite inconvenient. Even more frustrating was the lack of a hair dryer—when I asked at the front desk, I was told there were none left. Basic amenities like towels and hair dryers should be standard in any room. Overall, the lack of preparation and poor service made the stay disappointing.

It was a very awkward location and the amenities are non existent. The bed ws slanted on one side, so much that I kept rolling off the edge, would never stay there again. The staff was super friendly and helped us with pillows and hairdryers, no complaints whatsoever there, lovely people!

Het hotel ligt op zeer korte afstand van de Luchthaven, wat heel handig is. De kamers zijn zeer klein en schoon. Verder zeer basic, staat alleen een bed en een klapstoel met een tafeltje. In dit geval een zolderkamer met schuin dak. Eventueel mogelijkheid om een kopje thee of koffie te zetten zou wenselijk zijn.

Ik vond het een enorm aangenaam verblijf. De ligging is ideaal aangezien je op vijf minuten stappen van de zee zit, en ook een paar minuutjes stappen van essentiële winkels. Daarnaast is het personeel enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enig minpuntje was dat de kamer niet heel proper was. Het was in orde, maar hier en daar waren plekjes overgeslagen. Verder echt super!

Unlucky coincidence…

As we discovered upon checkin, the room is VERY small. As the weather wasn’t great, we spent a bit more time in the room then anticipated. In the morning there was a power outage, so in a room you’re not familiar with you need to get ready for the day and to check-out without electricity… it’s a challenge. Also the staf was able to offer limited breakfast waiting for a bread delivery…
