"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had several issues that impacted my stay. The toilet stopped working every day, which was extremely inconvenient. The AC was not cooling effectively the first night, although maintenance did come and defrost it. I was initially assigned to a handicap room. When I asked to switch to a different room, the staff member insisted on keeping me there, saying the bathroom would be smaller, which felt dismissive. The gentleman who checked me in was unfriendly, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that bias may have influenced how we were treated. Both times, we were placed in rooms far in the back of the hotel, which was inconvenient. Overall, I felt the service and maintenance issues made this stay uncomfortable, and I would hesitate to return.
