"Great place for a family vacation. Beautiful views over Osoyoos, fun activities close by. Nice apartments that is suitable for family activities and the well appointed kitchen for family cooking. Highly recommended."

"Our room was not clean. No face clothes ripped towels. The room' needs remodeling badly. The food was not good. In the end they charged $50 to my credit card after our bill was paid in full by Expedia, when i contacted them they denied it. Unfortunately we will no longer stay at any holiday Inns in the future."

"The food and drink service at the pool was top notch. It would be cool if you could order a few more food items on the limited poolside menu. Although, when we asked if the server could get us something off the main menu, he happily said he’d make it happen. The property was in great shape. The hotel was full, so at times it was a little challenging getting a beach chair or pool chair. There was no policing / monitoring by the hotel, so many people would claim the chairs by leaving their belongings there and then they’d disappear the entire day. Or they’d have a large group of chairs taken by the beach and then another large group taken by the pool, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall we had an awesome time though. The excellent service and quality has made this our go to destination for future trips to Osoyoos. "

"Property has an amazing location with 2 pools that are well maintained. It is steps from the lake what more can you ask for. Our room was clean. Aside from what everyone said the owner who works behind the desk is a very nice man. He is older and you can tell has worked his whole life, just isn’t super chatty or super friendly. But once you get talking to him he is very kind and polite. The beds are very very hard. If you like a hard bed this would be your dream hotel. I brought my own pillows which I would suggest at most hotels since motels generally have junk pillows. If your looking for a budget friendly place to rest your head then I’d recommend the Spanish fiesta, if you prefer nicer accommodations I’d suggest booking somewhere more expensive "
