We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. "This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. "its a brand new hotel, and the room was too dusty, it was like as if the construction is still going on and the room next to us was actually in construction. The AC didnt fully work it wasnt giving cold air but just air, the fridge was also not working at all. Everything was brand new but nothing was working, i understand its a new hotel but if its not finished don’t open the rooms for booking. The main issue was dust, it was hard to sleep because of it."

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."

Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar.
