Comfort Hotel RunWay

10/10 Excellent

"Nice stop before departure day. Shuttle is convenient even with pay. Rooms are small but efficient. Early breakfast starting from 4 am was nice, warm items (eggs, potatoes etc) starts at 6:30. Complementary coffee was available all the time. The bus stop is 3 min walking very convenient but no dining options except in the hotel which offers dinner buffet. "

"Oslo doesn't have the vibrant downtown that other Scandinavian capitols do, but that shouldn't detract from your experience. That said, the hotel is perfectly located, especially if you are in need of ocean access, which with Museum Island and Fjord cruises is a definite must. Also, plenty of dining options abound, and cool places like the Viking Planet are within a stone's throw. The single laundry machine isn't exactly helpful, and can get log-jammed quickly with patrons. That is my only complaint really. Here you get what you pay for, and at a decent cost."
