Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to Royal Palace and lots of public transport. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff friendly, professional and approachable. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choices at breakfast. Supermarkets within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.

Excellent location for our needs. Fair price. We would stay there again if in Oslo. Room was clean. Staff friendly, including very helpful cleaning staff. Breakfast was more limited than other Scandic's we stayed at (there were five others) but the price charged was considerably less. For a senior couple trying to keep costs down in an expensive country, it was two big thumbs-up! Beautiful country, beautiful people...

Morning breakfast staff were kind but the remain people not very welcoming. The room was a bit old with strange creepy artworks. Matress was comfortable but pillows are tiny, duvet is size for one. The bathroom was smelly upon arrival. Location was good. And breakfast good too.

Nice hotel, with a great breakfast does. Staff was very friendly. Overall this was a good stay- simple. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fan, and it got hot- i opened the window but train was running and loud.

Staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, the sauna was great as well, but the room and the bed could've been more comfortable, the TV was also pretty outdated and smart function didn't work.

A very pleasant hotel close to the centre of Oslo. Nationaltheatret station is about 5 minutes walk away and a Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Close to the harbour - again about a 7/8 minute walk. Decent sized and clean room. Comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options - only downside was the lack of a second coffee machine meaning sometimes there was a queue at the machine in the mornings. Overall a good choice of hotel with a central location

This is a very run down hotel. The decor is stained and dirty. The door are splintered. The bathrooms are dingy with dripping taps. Outside the hotel was dirty with weeds and with evidence of drug users. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly but the hotel needs a serious renovation.

Let’s start with the positive. The free breakfast buffet was very good and abundant. The location was convenient to the great sites of Oslo and the train to the airport. Across the street they have a great Lebanese restaurant called Hummus and wine. Ask for the waiter Reza he was a peach to work with. The hotel was dated with old carpeting from the 80s and the sofa bed was semi comfortable.
