The hotel common areas were really lovely, staff were great but quite disappointed with the room. We book a superior twin. It was tiny, the beds were really uncomfortable, automatic light in the bathroom that stayed on for ages and the toilet kept running after it was flushed. Location was good for the arena. Double glazing wasn't great, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear noise from the playground outside and the heating heating fans. Expected more for the superior rooms.

Great front desk staff, provided early check in as soon as the room was ready. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Considering what we paid a day earlier for lunch and snacks at Akerbrygge, thus was a steal and really great food and lots of options. Easily accessible within a short walk from the public transport.

It was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent right up until breakfast time was over. A lot of choice, space and staff who kept the areas clean. The room was clean and staff who were helpful when needed.

Like- Parking, proximity to public transportation, along the waterfront , breakfast Dislikes- we reserved a room for 3 ,on arrival staff volunteered that they assigned us a smaller room to shield us from possible noise due to an event being held at the hotel. The consideration was appreciated unfortunately the room was too small to accommodate 3 people with luggage. I requested something bigger which they provided but was not happy that it resulted in additional fees. The fact that on arrival they noted a “smaller room “ was being provided leads me to believe that an adequate room was not set aside ,that our reservation was not honored in good faith. Was very disappointed with additional cost. Just my opinion

Great choice of hotel for concerts at unity. The rooms are spacious, the housekeeping excellent all staff very helpful throughout our stay. Front desk very welcoming and informative. The food is amazing spoilt for choice .

The hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly and spoke brilliant English. Bus routes are very easily accessible within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Great location if going to an event at the unity arena. The breakfast was really good quality and had lots of choice, cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, pancakes and pastries, juices, hot drinks etc. The only flaw I would say was that in our room the shower wasn’t great, not very powerful so made it difficult to wash long hair. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.
