So much for not much

I realize by Oslo standards, this is a budget property, last 2012 at the tall one. Thought facilities ok, McDonald's adjacent. Staff seemed oddly distracted, odd since no one there except tour groups. Breakfast can only recommend eggs and beans 250k.

Staff were very unhelpful at the reception, we have booked a room with a double bed and were given a room with two single beds. The air con in the room was very noisy so they offered to change the room for us to another one with two single beds, however they did offer us an upgrade to a premium room at a discount which we took. No toothbrushes in the room either.

There was no Hand soap or shampoo in the washroom . There was no water in the lobby area as a complimentary drink for waiting. Carpet was dirty . But a very spacious room. which was good for luggage’s and etc but service wise i was not happy at all .

Løsningen med digital dørlås fra garasjen til heisene fungerer svært dårlig. Jeg endte med å måtte gå ut bilutkjøringen til fots, og rundt til resepsjonen. Tungvint og tidkrevende om man har bagasje. Dette må det være mulig å løse mye enklere?!

Flott hotell. Ikke de beste omgivelser, men fint innvendig, fone rom, gode senger, flott frokostbuffet. Ligger rett ved CircleK med hurtigladere for el-bil. Praktisk. Rett ved E6. Enkel tilkomst og greit med parkering.
