We didnt enjoy our stay. The hallway smelled bad ( weed smell), the toilet didn’t have everything promised l, we had to ask for it.

The hotel is excellent, this is the fifth time I've stayed there, the staff is welcoming and the service is excellent except for the breakfast. The scramble eggs was simply served all week cold and was not tasty. A comment left was not answered.

Not the best

The room was a bit small and was too hot. The aircon didn’t work so we had to open the window most of the time. The room cleaning was great, only really took the rubbish, didn’t provide clean cups or refreshed the tea/coffee. The bar never appeared to be open in the evenings. The breakfast wasn’t great either for the money, the cooked food was very rubbery as it was left under hot lights for too long and the continental breakfast was basic. It would be nice to have the heart waffles that Norway is famous for on offer for breakfast. On the plus side it’s right next to a metro so hand for getting around the city.

Bristfälligt.

Han som checkade in oss var väldigt trevlig, vilket gav ett bra förstaintryck. Vi fick vårt önskade hörnrum och var nöjda med det. Dock saknade vi välkomstdrycken som ingick i bokningen, men jag frågade inte heller – tycker ändå att personalen borde uppmärksamma det. Tyvärr drar några saker ner betyget. Städningen av duschen var bristfällig; när jag spolade med duschmunstycket på golvet kom mycket orange smuts ut från springorna, vilket kändes ofräscht. Frukosten var medelmåttig: inga pannkakor eller våfflor (inte ens till barn när vi var där), begränsat med frukt och gröten kom först efter 07 trots att frukosten öppnade 06.30. Personalen i matsalen var varken välkomnande eller leende, och plockade disk över vårt bord utan att hälsa. Lobbyn, restaurangen och rummet var annars fräscha med sköna sängar. Dock hade både TV och spegel repor, och TV:n fungerade inte fullt ut. Hotellet har ett fint läge vid vattnet, men på grund av frukosten och bristerna i städningen väljer vi ett annat hotell nästa gång.
