"At 2 degrees at night they keep the heaters off. When asked they bring a small heater in the room. Paying 200 usd for night and not having heater in the room is pure cheating!!!! Management should look into this! "

"If you are not expecting the Ritz but want affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation this fits the bill. Right in the heart of the city, with two excellent restaurants attached, it suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful (particularly when the automated check-in wanted to charge us again - our only grumble!). Comfort, not luxury, and not too many frills but absolutely adequate, and we would certainly return."
