"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The

buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"Lovely property but no welcome from staff when you arrive and same at the reception area checking was worse that probably 2 stars staff didn’t look like they are interested in us and when we were their they have offered welcome drinks to othe customers who were before us but they were not looked happy as well.Room were okay but look old and shower was just normal.When you see property from outside it’s looks amazing but stay and service is not fantastic .we had dinner at night at multi cousin...

"We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet

every morning, wide spread of options. The staff at the

area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well! Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented."
