"Although the hotel sits in a city under a slow reconstruction the hotel have done a lot upgrading. The Hotel it is a historic site with all the modern amenities with the exception of an elevator at least I did not see one nor did I have a need. There is a lot of positive things to say, starting from their personnel, full of joy to serve you with warmth and attention to detail, they really strive for perfection. I stayed for 5 nights and every day there was something magical, for example, they lock the parking gates at 12 midnight but if you notify them you will be out late they will gladly be awaiting for you to call that you have arrive and the guard will come out and open the gate for you. Yes El Salvador is safe but yet they practice the little things that gives you peace of mind. One day I day I am getting ready to drive off and the parking attendant is just finishing from washing my car, that I did not ask to be washed, his response was it showed signs to be dirty so he did as a courtesy and not expecting a tip. Complementary breakfast was amazingly the best, fresh and delicious. say no more just amazing people I would definitely stay over again and look forward to it. "

"Staff was very friendly and informative! Any questions we had they were prompt to help us and get us situated. The room (although facing the forest) was absolutely stunning. I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing."

"Great hotel! Service was amazing. Clean rooms. Lovely decorations. Only concern is that second and third floor rooms aren’t accessible for everyone. You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings. Other than that this was a comfortable stay. 8/10 (only because of the accessibility). "
