"This is a good hot springs hotel in naruko onsen. From the station they come to pick up, With good dinner and super breakfast buffet. The last day we take 8:30 bus , they also arrange to sent us to station. The breakfast start from7:30, you can image how quick we need to eat. they arrange a table near the food area, so we have more time to take breakfast, I deeply appreciated such warm service*****"

"Lovely hotel. My room was large and had a view of the mountains. The onsen is small but has a nice outdoor pool which was delightful in the rain. Staff don't speak a lot of English but used translators to help. The restaurant is very nice with attention to every detail. I would stay here again."

"Very lovely older small onsen. Japanese style room was lovely. Futon was a bit old, thin, and firm, far from my first but noticable. Make sure to book dinner, its a walk to other options. Onsen was lovely."
