"The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering. Adam was helpful and informative. Very quiet and relaxing location and perfect for visiting the area although you do need a car."

"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

"Great property! I have stayed in the main Wyboston hotel before but this short trip was for 1 night to help a friend so thought I'd try out The willows! Tucked back in the resort is the peaceful hotel. Modern funky vibe inside the hotel. Free cold filtered still or sparkling water from a cool machine. Free decaf and caffeine tea and coffee, syrups, and biscuits for the morning. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked great. Bedroom was small but perfect for what I needed. Clean and snug. Shower was lovely. I didn't have any hand wash though, so that's my only negative. Lovely courtyard only accessed for the rooms. Lovely to sit out with a drink or just some peace. Lovely stay, Wished I could stay longer for the facilities though. Would definitely come back when in the area."

"I have been staying at this hotel now for the past two years or so and it is stunning. The rooms are spotless with large wide screen tv’s. The only negative is the price of food and drink in the bar and restaurant. I paid £11 for a glass of wine there though staff are attentative. The cost for a room for the night if booked online is under £100 which is good value. I will be staying here again no doubt at all."

Clare was particularly helpful when our television would not work, she made two visits to our room to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. Clare was also very chatty and friendly when we had other queries, a valuable asset to the hotel."
