"I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. I was traveling with my wife, 2 children (ages 8 and 10), and my wife’s parents. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Catania airport lost our luggage but the wonderful staff relentlessly called and tracked down our luggage and had it delivered to us at the hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered every comfort I needed for a relaxing stay. The suite is perfect for a family of 4. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was very charming. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the level of care the staff showed to every guest. This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. "Really charming, old property, tastefully furnished, lovely, polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and good and reliable ideas for eating out. The only negative was the very expensive valet car parking at €30 per night."

"Unique room with a skylight and terrace. Located right near the water. We also parked in the paid lot right there- not cheap but worth it for the proximity to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious- I awoke to the smell of fresh baked goods. The highlight was the innkeeper- a friendly, funny gentleman and I enjoyed our conversations. "

"Absolutely central position behind the cathedral. Very smart and well looked after property with some lovely staff. Always smelt amazing and was cool, which is important in the heat of Sicily. Attached restaurant was lovely. Our only criticisms are: cost of drinks in the hotel and the selection at breakfast was limited and not always replenished quickly enough. Would stay again."
