"Room was clean and had all amenities. The balcony on floor 10 was a nice touch as well. The staff were very friendly. Close to beaches. About 20 minute walk from station - but people could take bus. Breakfast was great and a huge space with outdoor seating as well. Facilities for family were good - swimming pools etc. as solo traveller I made use of the spa. Super clean and well fitted out"
"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards.
Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "
"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. No option for ice or icebucket to cool down. No food or kitchen. If you are on a wheelchair you have to use steps to enter hotel"
"Det var väldigt svårt att få svar på frågor från ansvariga, maila flera gånger utan resultat. Hotel.com ordnade så jag fick svar vid två tillfällen. Fick inga uppgifter om incheckning förens sammadag strax innan inchecknings tid 16:00. Nyckeln som skulle ligga i nyckelskåpet låg inte där, vi hitta den av en händelse ovan på skåpet. Trevligt bostadsmråde. Stora ytor i lägenheten. Tyvärr väcktes vi mitt i natten av någon som bankade på dörren. Ungdomar som förde ett himla liv halva natten,...
