"Wonderful cute hotel in a super beautiful and convenient location. Breakfast was wonderful. The only disappointing aspect of the stay was coffee. For breakfast the quality of the coffee as great but the service was very slow. There was not any self service coffee so the waiter for coffee was very busy. The other disappoint for coffee was there was no instant coffee in room. We even asked and they said they do not provide coffee only tea. We had w anted instant because we left hotel early morning before breakfast service."

"The room was clean. It was what you expect in a hiking town, but the bathtub/shower was weird. There was no shower curtain and the shower head was in the middle of the tub, so you essentially had to sit down to shower or risk water everywhere. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. You do have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave, so sometimes it can take a minute to get it back if nobody is at the front desk. The location is great and the balcony overlooking the street was lovely."

"We booked this hotel last minute cause we wanted to see the dolomites, it’s a very upscale hotel, but still found it to be average and nothing special after the other hotels that we stayed at and for the value of the other hotels to the cost of this hotel. It was the most expensive hotel that we stayed at on our two week trip in Italy and we didn’t even have a room facing the mountains. The front desk was very friendly and they give you a parting gift after your stay. You’re in walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants to eat at."

"B&B Villa Angelino was in a great location, next to the pedestrian area in Ortisei and walkable to all the gondolas (to Seceda, Alpe di Suisi, and Rescia). A wonderful breakfast is included, and the staff provided service with a smile. Even though we stayed in mid-September, it was still warm and the indoor/outdoor pool was refreshing."
