Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Familie in einem riesigen Zimmer mit Elektrokamin und Badewanne mitten im Schlafzimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch und die Köche stets höflich, gut gelaunt und einfach toll. Super für Kinder ist das warme Wasser des Pools.

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel. Waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (7 und 4 Jahre) dort. Hatten eines der Studio Zimmer. Diese Zimmer sind schon modernisiert und bieten in unseren Augen genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Poolbereich kann auch gut mit Kindern genutzt werden. Ruhebereiche sind separiert, so stört man die Wellnessgäste nicht. Unserer Meinung nach tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele und auch Restaurants, wo man dann Abendessen kann. Für uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Das Personal war super freundlich, leider besteht das Hotel aus einem Neubau und einem Altbau. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im älteren Teil und auch wenn alles sauber war, ist es immer ärgerlich, wenn die Zimmer so absolut nicht den Fotos entsprechen. Die Geräuschisolation war sehr schlecht, ich habe quasi alles von den Nachbarn oder sonstiges gehört. Das Abendessen war gut und dem Preis mehr als angemessen. Vom Frühstück war ich total enttäuscht. Käse und Wurst waren schon angehärtet, obwohl ich relativ früh da war. Der Obazda hatte auch schon eine härtere Schicht drauf. Die Trauben waren nicht knackig sondern teilweise runzelig. Finde ich sehr schade, denn da stimmt dann wohl die Aufbewahrung nicht ganz.

Entäuschung

Das Hotel verfügt über verschiedene Gebäudesektoren (ein Labyrinth), Teile davon sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Restaurantterrasse ist modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Servicepersonal (mehrheitlich) Lernende waren sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit, es macht den Anschein, dass auf günstige Arbeitskräfte abgestützt wird, eine ausgebildete und verantwortliche Person war an diesem Abend nicht zugegen. Die grösste Enttäuschung war die Qualität der Speisen, Spargelsuppe ohne Geschmack, Käsesalat (ohne Käse und mit gestapelter Lyonerwurst, lieblos zubereitet, Dessert ungeniessbar (als wir uns beim Servicepersonal nach dem Koch erkundigten, erfuhren wir, dass dieser bereits Feierabend gemacht hatte … Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Dans l'ensemble, très chouette hôtel au cœur d'une plaine verte. Belle chambre, équipements au top. Seul hic, la nourriture n'est vraiment pas terrible. Je vous conseille de vous déplacer dans un restaurant des alentours pour vous restaurer. Que ça soit le matin ou le soir. C'est vraiment cher pour une qualité médiocre, d'ailleurs je n'ai même pas fini mon assiette du soir et le risotto de ma compagne était exagérément trop salé.
