"The views from the rooms are all good. Everything else is average. For CHF 270 per day, you should be able to expect a firstrate experience. However several things disappointed us for our 6 day stay (which we could not change). First, there is no elevator and no assistance with heavy luggage (whichever room you have, you must climb stairs).
