"These are newly renovated units that are very modern and functional. The decor is great and the size is adequate. The free breakfast offered is so amazingly tasty and large in portion generously. The shuttle service is included which is so prompt and efficient from and to the ferry terminal. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel which is 5 mins from the terminal. The location is quiet and restaurant is next door to the hotel. There are a few other restaurants very close to the hotel on the esplanade. Overall, it’s a 5 star with great amenities and service."

"Our second year staying in the exact same apartment at Sails, and it was just as lovely as the first time. Excellent location overlooking the water, and less than 1 minute walk to the beach and to the shops at Horseshoe Bay, The kitchen is really well set up to cook, and we comfortably had 3 people all in the kitchen at once and it didn't feel too crowded. A really lovely place to stay to have a relaxing holiday on Maggie!"

"If you have to visit or stay in Ingham, this is the place. VERY highly recommend. Large 2 bedroom apartments with free shared laundry facilities. And pleasant outdoor areas. The host was very helpful. And helped me out with an error I made in my original booking. The apartment has everything you need and is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It is right on the highway and near the train line. But although ear plugs were provided, I didn’t find it noisy. In fact; it was very calm and peaceful. We had a ground floor unit and I could hear people walking around upstairs, so if I stayed again I would ask for an upper level room. Nevertheless I would definitely stay again (even if it is in a downstairs room). Really very excellent. You won’t be disappointed. (I would not recommend going to the cafe around the corner Bricks and pennies - it was terrible. But the Station Hotel is about 2 mins walk and was outstanding!)"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed, good location for a few drinks on a night and not far from the fort walk. The pool was a nice bonus after a hot morning. The breakfast was brilliant. You choose the night before and Deborah brings it up to your room at the time you request. Deborah is also really helpful. She told us about a steak offer that was on in one of the pubs and where to go and not to go for food. She also told us about the Lorikeet feeding next door which we loved. When we come back to Magnetic Island I would 100% stay here again."

"Enjoyed the experience . Bring some milk for coffee and tea and some board games or cards if you’re staying in during the day. Pool looked lovely but didn’t get in. "
