"When we arrived we received heartfelt apologies that the heating was not working (and autumn chill had just set in). There was however an open fire in the dining room. The meal was acceptable, but not outstanding. I don't know if we were suffering from an end of season situation.
There was no offer of any reduction from our bill as a measure of good will."

"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. "A refreshingly unique Hotel. Staff were super helpful, efficient and happy. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you could need. Kind of like living in a tiny house. Access to the bed on only one side could be challenging for those not so mobile. Lobby area was comfortable with options for working and relaxing. Food options were somewhat limited but tasty. Breakfast was exceptional. Location next to the airport was fantastic for our early flight. Would definitely stay again and search out Citizen Hotels in other Cities."

"The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable, however a couple of updates could significantly improve the rooms. Utility connections for phones, computers, etc are out of date and really not compatible with modern devices. Also the carpet in the room was worn and stained and should be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very acceptable."
