"The Oceanfront patio view and access to the beach was great.
The kitchenette lodging was terrible, it consisted of a dilapidated sofa impossible to sit on and relax to watch the TV.
The throw carpet/rug was dingy and filthy. The bed was not structurally supportive and came out from the wall, leaving absolutely no no room for walking and mingling safely without watching to ensure you don't trip or stub your toes/chins. Around
The window and door of the patio, inside and outside were beset with flying insects (so much so that we had to purchase bug spray to kill them off). If this was not enough,
The elevator went out of order (we were on the 4th floor) as we were about to leave/check out early at 5:30 am, and we are seniors, had to make five trips back and forth up and down the stairs to get all of our belongings to our vehicle.
I sent Donte urgent messages to. He did eventually reply saying that he had dispatched a repair team, however, after over an hour I contacted him again, he replied (by text)"the elevator was running again).
I wen back to the third floor, it was still out of order.
I contacted Donte again, he never got back to me.
We will never ever book with them again."
