Wonderful

The rooms are really new. So new that I can still smell it. I’m sure the smell will be done in a couple months. Other than that, staff is nice and room is very comfortable. However, only one of us were able to use the QR code on the doors to unlock them even after following all the instructions. We were also expecting a designated parking spot, but it turns out to just be street parking. Breakfast was wonderful, would be great if there are food options other than carbs.

Great property in a nice and quiet location, in walking distance to city center and restaurants/shops. Room feels luxurious and comfortable, very quiet air-conditioning. Last but not least, breakfast is included with all rooms and it is a very good breakfast where they don’t skimp out on the croissants, baguettes, fruit and cereals. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Very nice little hotel in a remodeled old house. It was a little hard finding it ( end of a one way street with a very small sign on the front door). Parking was also not easy, but lucked out with a spot right in front of the place. Getting in the place with the phone was different, but not a problem. The inside of the place is really nicely updated with modern decoration, nice bed, very nice bath, etc. short walk to the main plaza, restaurants, shopping and cathedral. Breakfast was very good too with many fruit juices and croissants, eggs, etc.

L'hôtel du futur ne marche pas encore tres bien

Arrivée autonome. On est supposé etre reconnu par son numero de téléphone pour ouvrir les portes mais cela ne marche pas. Si on veut etre a la pointe de la techno et se passer de personnel, la technique doit être au point. En l'occurrence s'assurer que les clients sont enregistrés avant leur arrivée. Egalement, je m'interroge sur le versement de la taxe d'habitation qui doit être prélevée localement, car l'arrivée étant autonome, je n'ai rien payé en plus. Comment la commune perçoit elle la taxe ?

Fineste lille boutique-hotel ⭐️

Virkelig fint lille boutique-hotel! Smuk og æstetisk indretning, lækre produkter på badeværelset, fineste lille have/terrasse og skøn morgenmad og betjening. Hotellet ligger i en lille gade med mulighed for parkering, men der var også et par p-pladser i den lukkede have. Ville ønske, at vi skulle have overnattet mere end en enkelt nat.

Notre arrivée à 11h50 devant la porte avec le qr code qui ne marche pas car ce n'est 12h.., nous sommes sous la pluie, arrivés de la gare (10 mns) avec nos valises. . La chambre ne pouvant etre délivrée qu'à partir de 16h nous avons essayé de mettre nos valises en consigne (la petite valise est bien passée mais la plus grande l'emplacement était trop petit, il a fallu prendre une autre consigne et la placer de biais en poussant bien. Le couple de touristes avec nous n'a pu placer sa valise car elle était un petit peu plus grande que la notre et sont repartis avec (j'ose espérer qu'ils étaient en voiture) car se trimballer un gros bagage pendant 4h sous la pluie...... A 16h nous sommes revenus, devant la chambre impossible d'ouvrir la porte avec le code, heureusement une charmante dame qui s'occupe de l'entretien est venue nous aider mais toujours impossible. Nous vous avons appelé mais surprise la chambre n'était pas faite. La dame au téléphone nous a changé de chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre (N° 1 ) prévue pour une personne. La prestation que nous avons payé ne correspondait pas, alors elle a fait revenir la dame pour préparer la chambre n°3 qui nous était destinée au départ (merci à cette gentille dame très aimable). A ce désagrément, vous nous avez proposé une mesure commerciale que nous espérons toujours. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable et le ravitaillement appréciable pour finir sur une note positive. En clair rien ne vaut l'humain :)
