"Small room with a tiny bathroom. At least one good place to eat less than a block away. Fairly close to tram line into Orleans but I walked downtown. It wasn't that far. Really nice people and the breakfast was ok."

"Room was so much better than we expected as it was a suite with 2 bedrooms rather than 4 beds in one. Made our stay much better. Location was brilliant for walking into the city. Staff were incredibly helpful, letting us put things in the freezer overnight. We only stayed one night to break up a journey south but would definitely recommend."

"I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking which was not ideal. "
