This hotel is a challenge to find and we were on foot. I can’t imagine people trying to drive here! The apartment/room is simple but has everything we need very clean view to speak But there is a window!

Nice overnight stay pity we couldn’t have breakfast as they wouldn’t let our small dog into the eating area even though they claim to be dog friendly

Tres bon acceuil à la reception avec fourniture d un plan d Orléans et explications pour visiter la ville .Chambre propre. Equipement de cuisine suffisant.Suffisamment de lumieres :3 appliques murales, 1 plafonnier, 1 lampe sur pied et des veilleuses dans la tête de lit. Il manquait des jus de fruis au buffet du petit-déjeuner : il n y avait que de l eau et du lait.

Appartement très bien pour 2 adultes assez grand mais pas plus . Le canapé lit était horrible pour dormir ( grincement des ressorts ) Les placards de la cuisine et miroir de la salle de bain sont installés très hauts Personnel très gentil et accueillant même à une heure du matin !

Horrible, des cafards dans la chambre.

Chambre 311 : il y a des cafards !!!! Je suis allé à la réception et la dame m’a proposé une autre chambre. Le lendemain je vois le gérant à qui je fais part de mon mécontentement. Sa réponse a été claire : et alors ? Vous avez eu une autre chambre. Vous voulez quoi ? Le gérant est très désagréable.

Le sejour aurait pu être agréable si nous n'avions pas payé 2 fois, une fois sur hotel.com et une 2ème fois sur place et tombé sur une réceptionniste Sirine qui n'accepte pas le fait que son client soit mécontent du double paiement et qui menace d'allonger le délai de remboursement!!!!

Très correct mais très loin d’être parfait.

Accueil poli. Appartement au 1er étage, propre avec de la place. 30° dehors, 28° à l’intérieur. Un ventilateur bruyant fait ce qu’il peut en ne remplaçant pas vraiment une clim absente. Le coin est calme. Mais réveil à 5h à cause d’une moto démarrant sur le parking. Rebelote plus tard avec quelques bruits intérieurs des premiers départs. Quelques détails dans l’idéal à améliorer : une taille d’écran TV très modeste, un lit qui grince parfois légèrement, une douche un peu étroite, un miroir de lavabo en position bien haute, un rideau qui laisse passer sur un côté la lumière du soleil levant. La kitchenette est équipée de l’essentiel. Les tarifs ne sont pas excessifs. A convenu une nuit pour un rendez-vous matinal dans le quartier. Pourrai revenir pour la même durée de temps, mais pas plus.
