"The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said that housekeeping was gone for the day so we couldn't get one until tomorrow. A maintenance man came around tomorrow and we told him about it and he said that we could have had an extra pillow that night. He gave us one. not a very good experience."

"Very happy I came here. We left the comfort inn down in Richmond because the rooms were not what was advertised. They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. "The beds were comfy and pillows. The room is very old and dated. The bathroom towel rack is broken in the bathtub and soap holder. Coffee pot leaked all over the table. It was way over priced for the looks of the place inside and out. It is very run down. The building going into the office needs to be cleaned up. It’s very uninviting. Lawn mower sitting out, buckets, garbage bags etc. It needs some love and pride. "
