great location for visiting Lake Eola, an extremely cool Park with a side walk that goes around the entire lake with beautiful swans and an assortment of birds and people. Can easily get to a big variety of restuarants and bars within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly

We were in town because I was having surgery early in the morning. I am so happy that I booked our reservation here. It is the cutest boutique hotel. It reminds me of hotels on South Beach.. we were greeted by the sweetest person ever I did not get her name and I wish I had. She was very welcoming. The room was very clean. We had a balcony. There’s a cute little restaurant in the front. It’s right across the street from Lake Eola. We will definitely stay there again thank you you also much.

The hotel is fine if you're there for business in the media area. The staff was wonderful, and the elevator was a godsend. We enjoyed both the second-floor outdoor lounge and the indoor lounge. A couple of minor things: the lamps could be turned to the side for reading in bed. Unfortunately, my sister saw cockroaches running around in the shower stall, which was unpleasant.
