DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
4/10 Poor
"The property was unkept. It’s old, not clean. Difficult to find parking. Dirty and all couches in the lobby that smell bad. Dirty elevators. Have to pay for parking daily. Room bathrooms, not clean, shower wouldn’t drain. Carpets smell."

"I appreciated the laundry in my room. It came with plates and a full kitchen. The staff was helpful enough in regards to requests. Property is huge and requires much walking to get from one part to the other. If the shuttle is running, it isn't too bad, but we did not see a lot of them on certain days and hours. All the pools were open, but none of the water parks were, which was disappointing. I would skip the high pressure sales pitch to buy/tour the timeshares unless you're interested or your ability to say "No" is strong."
"This was our second time staying here and the first time everything was good, clean, and functional but this time around we weren't so lucky, our room had a pair of dirty on top of the closet, our bathroom nor the front door close without some muscle, some of the outlets did not work and or room was not the cleanest traveled with my family, the pool area is nice and the game room was fun"
"Staff was great but theme music aroud the pool does not fit with the fifties theming. They used to play fifties music in the first year it opened and it was great. This time I went to enjoy breakfast outdoors and had to listen to a pop song about snorting cocain.
Yea not very Cabana like."
